Carlos Castro • Washed-Processed Catuai Slow Bar A bit of rest reallyWe really wanted to meet Carlos on our origin trip in 2025 as we were in the same region where he is located, but unfortunately things didnt pan out. Regardless this coffee is a great value, with touches of bright acidity over an extra rich chocolatey Costa Rica terroir. We had this on espresso for a little while and it was great, I personally love washed Costa Rican coffees on espresso, you can really draw out the nuanced complexity on this guy.
