Katharina Wechsler, Riesling Schweisstropfchen, Rheinhessen 2020 Orange Carries the Biodyvin marqueNose of rhubarb, honey and warm ginger. The palate is off dry, spritzy, fresh and cool with fresh pink rhubarb throughout a pure delight. This is from a tiny parcel, extremely hard to work hence the name Schweisstropchen, meaning sweat drop. It is an Auslese level (sweet) for the Kirchspiel GG but labelled as QBA.
