I initially wanted to paint the opposite side of the wood - and thus ended up painting the base yellow on both sides
The Azulego Tiles so famous to Portual - were very time consuming to recreate - but I find them so beautiful
I tried to keep the reflection very discrete and accentuate the depth and three-dimensionality
