Distilled from 100% organic freshly pressed sugar cane juice, the spirit was rested on both American oak and French oak and then blended together. Double distilled in copper potstills, we have retained the true character of this spirit through minimal intervention. A pure farm to bottle release. Pure South African Gold rum. No molasses, sugar, additives or essences added. Nose: Fresh sugar cane, smoky burnt toffee,
