The grapes are fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and undergo malolactic fermentation

but more of an epic wine with endless layers of flavour and texture

the varieties working beautifully together as Sangiovese provides the acidity and fruit and Cabernet Sauvignon giving savouriness and structure
