This proprietary finishing process results in a smoother, more approachable rye with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice. Nose Herbaceous, apple and citrus, spearmint and oak. Palate Honey coated marzipan, fresh cut grass, fennel, dill. Clove, cinnamon, black pepper and orange peel.
