Closerie Saint Roc "Les Pins" 2020 Scotch Whisky burnt sugarChateau Le Puy started to experiment with single vineyard expressions of this terroir after their purchase of the property. "Les Pins" parcel has more clay topsoil than "Les Noyers", thus it has more body and color while retaining its elegance and minerality from its limestone bedrock. The 2020 vintage produced remarkably pure expression of this terroir, achieving almost perfect balance of richness and transparency.
