Edradour Ballechin Cuvee 8 Year Old Whisky Producer_E. Guigal Coming from a barrel handA blend of unpeated and peated whiskey from the Eradour distillery. The unpeated Eradour was matured in a sherry butt and the peated Ballechin was matured in bourbon barrels. This whiskey has a smooth embedding of the smoke that harmonizes with the sweetness of the Edradour and the aromas of almonds, dark fruits and oranges.
