Domaine Bonnardot, Hautes Cotes de Nuits Ages Mures 2021 Agiorgitiko Produced with 100% whole bunches100% Pinot Noir, which is blended from two Hautes Ctes de Nuits parcels which are around fifty years old. The soils in which the grapes are grown are clay limestone on a shallow earth layer. On the nose, this wine displays a complex aroma of black fruit and rose. The palate confirms the flavours of blackberry jam and blackcurrant. It has a long and peppery finish with supple tannins that are very present.
