Chalong Bay Pure Rum 700ml (ABV 40%) cognac liqueur Matured in a Rutherglen TawnyMade from 100% natural first press sugarcane using no fertilizers or additives in partnership with local Thai farmers. Hand made in small batches using a traditional distillation process using an imported French copper still for that extra smooth tropical taste. Nose Coconut milk and fresh sugarcane juice aroma. Slowly, a lavender honey aroma develops. Palate Chocolate and coffee aroma, moving quickly to spicier notes of pepper, nutmeg, and chilli.
