Nose Sweet Sherry aromas with underlying citrus, ginger and oak notes, accompanied by a touch of smoke. Palate Sweet initially with cracked black pepper, Seville orange and raspberry flavours lead to baked apple and subtle spice. Finish Charred oak and soft smoke.
