The perch shank is 4 3/8" long with 5/8"-18 threads allowing the installation of a lower shock mount

This is the configuration with a center filler and upper inlet offset on driver side

Based off the original 4 row GM insulators they are widened to accomondate Cold Case's thicker tanks and cores
