Matured in Sherry casks and bottled at 51. 7% ABV. Nose: Dark grapes, dried figs, sherry oak and soft notes of fresh hay. Palate: Grassy notes followed by toasted oaks, sweet nuttiness and more dried fruits. Finish: waxy stone fruits and a touch of white pepper.
