Holyrood New Make Brewer's x Distiller's Yeast 60% 50cl Strathclyde Talisker Port Ruighe / 45Holyrood New Make Brewer's x Distiller's Yeast 60% 50cl The ale yeast we use here is an American Ale yeast that adds a clean mouthfeel with notes of peach and soft citrus. This adds additional flavour to our new make against our Distiller's Yeast, M Strain, which is super efficient at converting fermentable sugars. Nose: Fresh cut ripe pears with a hint of melon and peach, some soft chewy notes. Palate: Rather mellow on the palate given its ABV of 60%
