Azul y Garanza, Naturaleze Salvaje red 2023 Appellation_Santenay 1er cru A wine for sybaritesThis red wine is aged for six months in 500 litre barrels and in amphora. It is made with minimal addition of chemical products and technological intervention, both in vineyard and in the cellar. It is a fresh, light bodied wine, but rich in aromas, full of red fruits, and with soft, rounded tannins. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature to maintain the plump intensity of the fruit.
