excellent fresh but balanced mid palate

and reasonable yields

but as it breathes it gets meatier

Patrick Piuze, Terroir de Chablis 2023 Domaine de la Pointe Bourgogne Blanc has a fruityFruit from two sites very near the premier cru of Montmains. Done entirely in stainless to preserve the impeccable fruit this is just so moreish. Racey acidity as we've come to expect from Piuze but this also has something herbaceous going on.
