This QCM EC module has been developed for a specific equipment supplied by Stanford Research Systems. It is compatible with QCM200 (5MHz QCM) system. In this configuration, a thin film of measured material is deposited directly on top of the QCM sensor. The QCM EC cell is mounted on Crystal Holder head,
