A very consensual bourbon version with vanilla flavours. It is distilled in Scottish and Belgian copper pot stills, aged in bourbon casks and neither chill filtered nor coloured. Its nose is fresh and well balanced vanilla, cream, honey, flowers. Goes perfectly with salmon grilled with red peppercorns.
