Er besticht durch ein schnes Reisaroma und ein elegantes Umami. Fruchtnoten wie leichte Banane paaren sich mit einem berraschend trockenem Finish und einer schnen Sure. Mit 13% vol ist der Jozen Mizuno ein toller Aperitif. Der Reis Poliergrad betrgt 60%.
