Casa Almeida Mundo Novo - Brasil, Frukt | 250g Colombia Region:Classic Brazilian Mundo Novo from Gabriel Barreto. Very sweet coffee with great complexity and texture. Balanced with high aromatics and fruit layers with good clarity and chocolate like sweetness. Third year working with Mundo Novo from Araucria farm is the last one for the time being. Gabriel is replanting this traditional variety in a more suitable plot on the farm. Hard to imagine quality getting higher from here, but most likely it will with
