This updated design includes a through axle, and makes changing between the trainer a your track setup a lot quicker and easier. The adapter replaces the freehub with a fully locked fixed gear hub to fully replicate the track bike experience indoors. A special Track bike specific through axle replicated the rear wheel of the bike
