Dust Plate 7.9.17 steel fusing sculptureArtist: Lindsey Dezman Dust Plate 7. 9. 17, 2018 Ceramic, dust 9. 5" diameter The Dust Plate series is a collection of wall mounted plates that highlight a continued self interest in material research, recording, and beauty in the discarded. Over a year I collected house sweepings as a way to create a visual representation of the activities within my home. As seasons changed, so did the sweepings. The transition of fall is marked with dry leaves
