Mosse - 2024 Magic of Juju variety_Blend Vinified in stainless steel withMagic of Juju is a ngoce wine which changes its composition a little each year. This year it is all sourced from the same Loire grower. The 2024 vintage is a blend of 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, all from vines that are on average of 30 years old. After a slow press, it was fermented and aged for 8 months in barrels on fine lees for 50% of the Chenin Blanc and all of the other varieties. The rest of the Chenin Blanc was
