This yarn would hook beautifully as a morning sunrise. This is a beautiful yarn to hook with as it is very textured with thick and thin yarn. I use it a lot in my rugs as it really gives another dimension to your mat. Elements seem to pop with this yarn. You can see a picture of it hooked up in the black eyed susie's on a rug I am presently working on. The fibre also has a lovely sheen and is very soft
