The grapes are from the ‘La Santissima’ vineyard in Pinzano
vigorous and absolutely delicious
on the lees for 9 months before being bottled with a light filtration in June following the vintage
1 bottle of each in the 6 bottle case
The vines are harvested by hand unusually late (in the modern era) towards the end of October
