The back of the necklace is made up of 7 to 8 millimeter white pearls. In the front are smaller white pearls and graduating sizes of faceted blue opal teardrops. The smallest ones are about 1 2 inch by 1 2 inch and the largest ones are about 1 1 4 inch by 1 1 4 inch. They are hand knotted between for added security and elegance.
