Mount Mary - 2024 Reflexion Pinot Noir CondimentOur Rflexion wines are made entirely from Mount Mary estate grown fruit, primarily from our youngest plantings. The fruit grown on these vines is still developing towards the quality and consistency demanded for our Mount Mary Vineyard estate wines. From time to time, depending on the vintage, we will release limited quantities of red and white wines under the Rflexion label. You are most likely to experience our Rflexion brand in selected restaurants

It comes down to origin

considering every detail before allowing it to be poured into our specially selected casks and left to mature into Aberlour single malt whisky

Losada uses a neutral brine which results in a balanced salt to bitterness ratio

The wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barriques

North East and East will be the backbone of the Farr dynasty for decades to come

The wine is then put directly into new French oak barrels to complete Malolactic fermentation
