Clients 16 years old and up can get a septum piercing without the presence of a parent or legal guardian. What is the Septum piercing fee? The piercing fee for a septum piercing is $50 + HST. On the day of your appointment, you will be charged jewelry price + HST. Jewelry must be purchased brand new at the time of the piercing
