The embroidery is exceptionally detailed with flowing vines layered petals and vibrant threadwork that stands out beautifully against the black silk

Waist if using the first row of hooks and eyes:  33 - 35 but leave several inches for movement

The jacquard fabric may be silk as well but I do not know for sure although when the dress was sold to me
