the honey is exactly as the bees have brought it in

but customers wanted something in the middle – better quality than the Mānuka 100+ but not needing the super strength behind the Mānuka 200+

We were finding that many people wanted to eat Mānuka Honey for it’s taste rather than its health benefit and were cooking with it or using it as a refined sugar replacement
