Seeking cooler conditions after several warm dry vintages in Margaret River, Nic sourced fruit from the southern end of the Cape, where both the Indian and Southern Oceans shape the growing season. The result is a Chardonnay with naturally higher acidity, greater tension and a freshness that sets it apart from anything else in the range. Hand picked, chilled overnight and gently whole bunch
