The nose is so fine and delicate, finely musky, crushed salted rose petal esque. A really pretty crystalline impression, with lime juice, green citrus zest and tightly coiled freshness. The palate is all focussed purity, feather weight, white peach and green apples, light and dancing with a touch of sweetness breadthening the wine to length. Pure and lemonadey.
