The jacket is in a deep red or scarlet in a crepe rayon fabric. The jacket is adorned with 17 large soft nylon chiffon roses around the neckline which are really beautiful. Covered buttons down the front with a snap at the top. Fully lined. 3 more buttons on the ends of the sleeves with 2 extra buttons on the inside of the jacket just in case a
