Ortofon AJP-1 SPU 'A' to 'G' cartridge adaptor and weight Setup tools All the items are straightThe APJ 1 is an adaptor to use an SPU 'A' bodied cartridge in a tonearm intended for an SPU 'G' cartridge. It moves the stylus much further forwards and add 6. 5g to compensate the lighter mass of the 'A' housing. It has the standard Orotofon SME headshell fittings on either end (1 x male 1 x female) and is really nicely made from Aluminium with gold plated contacts.
