There were no shorts or gas. Tube One measured 32 while Tube Two measured 36 where minimum (65%) is 36. I have played them in my Radio Craftsman RC2 monoblocks and they sound outstanding even though they test on the cusp. They are dead quiet when the CD player is paused and have excellent frequency
