Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are harvested by hand on the stony clay and limestone soils of the Vinsobres territory. The young Vinsobres vines (less than 40 years old) are declassified and put into this Ctes du Rhne. In order to bring out all its fruit, the aging is done in stainless steel vats.
