The knob situated below the display on the indicator rotates to the oil tank display 1 thru 4 (see photo of display partially rotated)
The equipment is being redesigned for production by Ryan Aeronautical Company with the expectation that it will weigh about 175 lbs
This is a crash relic believed to be from a WWII Soviet Air Force Yakovlev Yak 7 recovered from its crash site in Poland
It thus serves as the VHF antenna and the forward support for an HF antenna
hence the suction gauge in the upper right corner to indicate the performance status of the pneumatic system

The indicator has two pointers (the second one is barely visible in the photo as it rests behind the other) one for each tank. See
