Fermented and aged in stainless steel to showcase the purity of fruit and left on lees for 5 months for a gentle yeasty complexity and texture. Made with varietal perfume and crisp texture in mind. The colour has a golden hue with ever so light pink reflections. Beautifully expressive, full of orchard fruits, yellow pears and red apples, tangerine peel, honeyed
