The Genoa White Fig (Ficus carica) is a solid performer in cooler areas, producing mildly flavoured yellow green skinned fruit with an orange amber coloured flesh. With a flavour that is not quite as intense as black Figs, the Genoa White Fig is excellent for fresh eating and also drying. The fruit is extra sweet and juicy.
