』に続き1994年6月に発表されたマキシ・シングル第2弾。『Neo Yankee's Holiday』で開花した実験精神とバンドの身体性が融合したタイトル曲は後期までライヴで演奏され、冒頭の歌詞「音楽はマジックを呼ぶ」は、『映画：フィッシュマンズ』のコピーにも使用された。また「静かな朝」や「オアシスへようこそ」も同様に、後のフィッシュマンズの重要なレパートリーになった楽曲のオリジナル初収録であり、後期フィッシュマンズへの重要なミッシングリンクとなっている。「Niyabingi Baby」 は 「いかれたBaby」のリミックス。このディープなトラックはアナログ盤のみに収録されたもの。 ZAKリマスター。
