Certainly it is better than the 1982 it has an extravagant bouquet of Satsumas, honeysuckle and beeswax, not a million miles away from a Tokaji of 6 Puttonyos. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, orange peel intermixed with pink grapefruit towards the surprisingly penetrating finish. Unlike the 1982, the 1989 Crme de Tte delivers something to talk about
