The compact and powerful palate displays freshly picked dewy red fruits. There is a refreshing finish, a sense of minerality. This is an elegant but powerful and lightly savoury wine with structured fine tannins. The fruit is handpicked across multiple vineyards & blocks, and destemmed into 2 ton open fermenters as whole berries and left to start fermenting
