The tag has been removed so it could be a Vanity Fair or some other look alike as several manufacturers used to make the same style as the Olga nightgowns. Large black floral lace insert on the bodice which has a pretty light sheen to it. Stretchy spandex scoop back. Full skirt out of silky smooth nylon with a grand sweep.
